1) Ads in Software

Never place ads in Software,Google don’t allows it.

Publishers may not attempt to associate specific images with the individual ads appearing on their sites. Such an implementation may confuse users and lead invalid clicks.

According to Google Adsense we cannot place ads under dropdown menus as it may lead accidental click.

Publishers often try to mislead users with by placing ads under irrelevant heading which increases chances of clicking ads,but by doing so they are violating Adsense policies.

5) Placing ad which is difficult to distinguish ads and contents

Publishers may not implement Google ads in a manner that disguises the ads in any way. In order to maintain a good user experience, it is important for publishers to clearly distinguish Google ads from site content.

As already said, Publishers may not implement Google ads in a manner that disguises the ads in any way.

7) Formatting links to mimic ads

Publisher are not permitted to place link ads between external ads so that they look same.Because it is difficult to tell the hyperlinked content apart from the ad.

8) Adding Google ads in emails

Google Adsense program does not permit AdSense ad code to be placed in email messages or newsletters.

    I just realized I am in some serious violation right now because I have an add under a drop-down menu. I am probably going to ditch the drop-down and switch to direct menu links to pages with links listed… And I JUST got my blog looking how I wanted it :)…

    • Ya,but it’s placed by Feedburner, and i’m talking about manual placement of Google ads in newsletter. For example sending google ads in newsletter powered by Aweber or mailchimp is against adsense policy.

    Well, Google Adsense is a big big source of income for us, but with lack of knowledge, it is just a waste of time. As, in my past I lost my first account due to invalid activity and that was my biggest mistake.

    But after that mistake, I learn a lot reading number of tips online and now, I got my new adsense account and I am making some money with it and I hope it will increase with time.
